Kadlak Motors strives to meet the highest A+ accreditation that The Greater Maryland BBB recognizes. Kadlak Motors is currently not rated by the BBB due to our limited history. We are still a fairly new company started in 2007, but we strive to continue meeting the standards of the Better Business Bureau and maintaining our clean record to achieve the highest A+ accreditation that the BBB recognizes. Kadlak Motors agrees to uphold the accreditation standards of the Greater Maryland BBB, which include a commitment to act in accordance with ethical business practices and to respond to customer complaints. We try our best to provide quality service and respect to all our customers; but if you are disappointed with our customer service, please contact with us directly before filing a complaint so that we can keep our performance on track to achieve the A+ accreditation level.  |
